Job description

This is a remote position.

SUMMARY

The Executive Assistant is a trusted partner to the CRO and a broader executive team — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and brings clarity, calm, and precision to everything they do. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes force that keeps things moving — managing executive calendars, preparing Board-level materials, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and making sure that key priorities stay on track. You’re the person who anticipates what’s needed before anyone has to ask.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reports to CRO with dotted-line support to CEO/CFO as needed
• Own the Details – Manage calendars, prep materials, and coordinate meetings for the CRO and select members of the C-Suite
• Board Support – Help prepare and polish Board packages, schedule meetings, manage deadlines, and ensure information flows cleanly between execs and the Board
• Keep the Wheels Turning – Track deliverables, follow-ups, and internal alignment on key projects and leadership priorities
• Build Trust – Handle confidential and time-sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
• Be the Point of Contact – Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CRO and other executives
• Make Things Easier – Streamline processes, anticipate bottlenecks, and keep things running smoothly — whether that’s booking travel or managing meeting logistics
