R&D Warranty Engineer

Valeo Electric and Electronic Systems Plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice is engaged in the production of starters, air dampers and valves, exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) and innovative electric generators for hybrid vehicles, as well as the regeneration of alternators, starters, dual mass flywheels and compressors for car air-conditioning. Valeo Plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice has its own modern research and development center which provides innovative solutions for car manufacturing

Currently for our entity Valeo Electric and Electronic Systems Plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice we recruit R&D Warranty Engineer

YOUR CHALLENGES:

• Direct Interface between Customer and Valeo

• Management of customers warranty systems

• Scheduling and participating in warranty reviews

• Perform analysis of Warranty return

• Providing analysis results including on-line data entry and provide feedback to internal Warranty organization

• Manage and follow problem solving issue related to dedicated Customer

• Follow and validate Customer Warranty cost

• Follow the Customer and Valeo KPI

JOIN OUR TEAM IF YOU HAVE:

• Min. 3 years of manufacturing experience

• Engineering degree in technical area

• Experience in quality department will be an advantage

• Experience with customer portals will be an advantage

• Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills

• Technical knowledge or ability to learn problem Identification; Techniques, Quality Improvement Tools, Group Problem Solving; Techniques and Fault Tree Analysis
