ABOUT THE ROLE

JOB TITLE: Senior/Staff Product Manager - Demand

LOCATION: Full remote or Hybrid (Berlin)

TYPE OF CONTRACT: Permanent, full time

SALARY RANGE: 60 - 71k + BONUS + 8€ MEAL VOUCHERS

What you'll do:

  • Our Upper funnel demand team imagines the ideal experience for our consumers and works backwards, creating innovative products to delight our consumers as they search for our products and engage with our international websites

  • Develop strong empathy for our consumers

  • Own the overall roadmap for consumer engagement ranging from when they land on our website for the first time to when they decide the right product to buy.

  • Lead initiatives to better match consumer intents in time and space with effective digital solutions that increase engagement and utility for our consumers

  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog for driving business and user outcomes

  • Drive alignment across product teams (Technology, Design) and key cross-functional partners (Marketing, Global Operations, Customer Support, Trust, etc.) to ensure initiatives are prioritized for wider roll-out or piloted to test and learn

  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery (including writing product requirements and specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, user flows, and wireframes)

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in a product management role in a product company

  • Success in building and scaling international consumer products and ecosystems that people love

  • Strong analytical mindset

  • Practical experience in user research

  • Hands-on experience across all stages of the product life cycle

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams

  • Excellent project management, scheduling & prioritisation skills

  • Great communication skills

  • You are based in Germany
