We’re on the lookout for a Marketing Agencies and Partners Specialist to join our expanding team and drive our company’s growth!


The Challenge

We are hiring for this role to expand and strengthen our network of media agencies, platform partners, and content creators. The ideal candidate will manage key relationships with Google, Meta, and creative partners, while also leading the evaluation and collaboration process with agencies and creators. This role also oversees agreements, payments, and support for all external partners to ensure smooth and effective partnerships.


Day in the Life of a [Role Title] at GT Ecom

  • Build and nurture relationships with media and creative agencies, ensuring alignment on campaign goals and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with Google and Meta account teams to stay updated on best practices, tools, and partnership opportunities.
  • Source and evaluate content creators and MCNs for Facebook ad testing and social content production.
  • Review and manage service agreements, payments, and support needs with external partners to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Assess marketing tools and set up regular syncs with media partners to improve creative efficiency and cross-platform performance.


Drivers of success in the first 90 days

  • Evaluate the tools for MKT department to improve efficiency on creative production, cross-media evaluation
  • Source creator contents for Facebook ads testing
  • Build up regular sync-up with Media partners

You will be joining our Marketing team, led by our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), who is primarily responsible for driving sales growth and maximizing conversions across all our stores.

  • It is an advantage if you have Digital marketing experience but not required
  • You have good communication skills - both written and oral

Overview of Our Interview Process

  1. Application Submission - We’ll start by reviewing your application.
  2. Initial Contact - Our Recruiter will reach out to you to discuss the next steps
  3. Initial Interview - Meet with our HR Manager for a 15 - 20 minute call to deep dive on your experience and expertise and see if you are a match for this role (technical - wise) and to our team (culture and vibe - wise).
  4. Final Interview - Meet with our Chief Marketing Officer for more technical run-through of your skills.
  5. Offer Discussion - If all goes well, we'll discuss the offer and invite you to our pre-onboarding process.
  6. Pre-Onboarding Process
    1. Background Check: Verification of your identification and declared address.
    2. Reference Check: We’ll contact your three references for their feedback.
  7. Onboarding: Once all checks are completed, we’ll initiate the onboarding process.
