Job Overview

The HR Systems and Workforce Analytics teams manage TE's HR Technology. They build, implement and continuously improve global HR systems, data, reporting and analytics platform. They also develop custom reports to meet business requirements, monitor HR systems and analytics needs and provide technology and analytics solutions by designing new or modifying existing systems. Lead the change management efforts for the HR systems and analytics team. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including the HR technologies team, to identify the impacts of changes, manage communication regarding technology changes, conduct technology training, and integrate human-centric design into HR processes. This role will be remote.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead change management for HR systems and analytics, ensuring alignment with agile and product delivery frameworks
  • Collaborate with HR change management and TE communication teams to manage the rollout of new tools and platforms
  • Design and implement Human-centric processes that enhance digital adoption and employee experience
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and readiness planning to alignment and buy-in
  • Deliver clear communication, training programs, and ongoing support to help employees adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Develop and deploy communications, training, and change enablement strategies to support large-scale HR transformations.

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable, relatable content for end users.
  • Strong understanding of modern technology practices, including agile delivery, product-centric models, and HR technologies.

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $72,400.00 - $110,00.00 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
