Join a fast-paced and mission-driven Managed Service Provider (MSP) supporting over 40 nursing home facilities across the United States. As an IT Technician, you'll be the go-to problem-solver for technical issues, delivering high-quality remote support and ensuring healthcare staff stay connected and productive. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives in a support-heavy, dynamic tech environment.

What You'll Do:
  • Respond to and manage 40–50 daily support tickets, including common IT requests like password resets, Outlook crashes, and user setups.
  • Take client-facing support calls and deliver clear, effective remote troubleshooting.
  • Access user systems remotely to provide issue resolution.
  • Support Microsoft Office 365, including SharePoint syncing and troubleshooting Admin Center issues.
  • Perform basic networking support (e.g., IP configuration, DNS).
  • Set up new users and computers with the correct software and settings.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technicians as necessary.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings for project and support alignment.
Who You'll Work With:

Collaborate with a lean but driven IT team focused on responsive service and reliability. You'll work closely with healthcare clients across the U.S., coordinating with both internal support staff and external vendors to resolve issues efficiently and professionally.

Who We're Looking For:
  • IT Proficiency: Confident navigating Windows and remote support platforms.
  • Office 365 Knowledge: Familiarity with email support, SharePoint syncing, and basic Admin Center operations.
  • Technical Fundamentals: Understanding of DNS, IP configuration, and basic firewall awareness.
  • Client-Facing Communication: Fluent English speaker with a clear, professional manner.
  • Problem-Solver & Results-Driven: Self-motivated to resolve tickets quickly, keeping escalation minimal.
  • Detail-Oriented: Able to handle a high volume of tickets while maintaining precision and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience: Experience in MSP or help desk environments is required.
Why Join Us?
  • Impact: You'll be on the front lines of tech support for critical healthcare operations, helping teams stay online and responsive.
  • Culture: Fast-paced, focused, and quality-driven — we reward initiative and value team collaboration.
  • Benefits:
