Job description

This is a remote position.

Superlanet is seeking an Epic PB Analyst with expertise in the Charge Router module, for our healthcare client in Texas. This individual will be responsible for supporting the build, maintenance, and optimization of Epic's Professional Billing applications, ensuring accurate and efficient charge capture across clinical and financial systems. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of revenue cycle processes and the integration of the Charge Router within Epic.This is a direct hire, primarily remote position with occasional travel required.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure, maintain, and optimize Epic’s Charge Router and related PB modules.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify workflow improvements and resolve issues related to charge capture and routing.
Troubleshoot and analyze issues in the Charge Router and billing workflows; provide timely resolution and documentation.
Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and testing cycles, including unit, integrated, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and billing regulations.

Qualifications:

Epic Charge Router Certification (required).
Resolute PB Certification
3+ years of experience supporting Epic Professional Billing systems.
Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle, charge capture processes, and billing workflows.
