Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Total hours: 20 hours per week or 4 hours per day
  • Monday - Friday
  • 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM London time (or 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM Manila time)

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok.
  • Analyze campaign performance, provide reporting, and optimize for conversions and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and targeting strategies.
  • Set up and track conversion events and pixels across platforms.
  • Utilize GoHighLevel for lead capture, nurturing, and tracking campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the GHL specialist to ensure seamless marketing automation and CRM integration.

  • Strong knowledge of ad strategy, targeting, and performance optimization.
  • Working proficiency with GoHighLevel (funnels, CRM, automations).
  • Experience with conversion tracking, analytics tools, and retargeting.
  • Data-driven mindset and excellent communication skills.
