Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support high-impact, customer-facing initiatives focused on Marketing and Data Analytics. This is a critical role that will work closely with product owners, project managers, and technical teams to define project vision, gather and document business requirements, and ensure the successful delivery of technology solutions that exceed expectations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze current business processes, recommend improvements, and shape the design of new solutions to support business growth. The ideal candidate brings domain knowledge in marketing technologies and data analytics, strong communication and facilitation skills, and experience in Agile methodologies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product owners, senior leaders, and technical teams to define business needs and project scope.
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business goals into detailed functional requirements.
  • Conduct requirements elicitation using diverse techniques such as interviews, JAD sessions, workshops, and focus groups.
  • Create and maintain artifacts including business process documentation, user stories, workflows, backlogs, and knowledge transfer materials.
  • Identify and analyze gaps or inefficiencies between current and proposed solutions, supporting MVP definition and phased delivery.
  • Apply marketing domain knowledge to drive solution analysis, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
  • Ensure data design aligns with key business questions, reporting needs, and customer insights requirements.
  • Support process improvement efforts through business process analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Actively participate in UAT planning, testing, and feedback analysis, prioritizing enhancements and defect resolution.
  • Lead or participate in trade-off analysis, criteria development, and decision-making presentations for senior leadership.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Advanced level of English
  • 3–5 years of Business Analysis experience in complex, customer-facing environments
  • Strong experience in Agile methodologies, backlog management, and story writing
  • Expertise with Agile tools: JIRA, Confluence
  • Familiarity with analytics and data tools: SQL, Excel, GA360, GA4 preferred
  • Proven success in facilitating discussions with large, cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and advocate for both technical and business needs
  • Experience with Office 365 and web analytics platforms required
  • Comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and adapting to change
  • International candidates welcome—must have strong written and spoken English skills
