About the Role

As a Sales Assistant, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients making enquiries via phone or email. You will play a key role in creating a positive first impression and will be responsible for accurately capturing client information, understanding their requirements, and ensuring a smooth handover to the relevant internal team members for further follow-up.
