About the Role As an Account Executive, you’ll play a vital role in generating opportunities, guiding prospects through our sales process, and closing deals end-to-end. You’ll be responsible for managing your sales pipeline, communicating directly with clients, and ensuring all CRM data is up to date.
What You’ll Do
Source and qualify your own leads/opportunities through outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone)
Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs and assess fit
Conduct prospecting calls to add opportunities to the pipeline
Manage deals through the full sales cycle, from outreach to close
Draft and collaborate on proposals and statements of work (SOWs)
Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our Pipedrive CRM
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project handoffs
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, technologies
What We’re Looking For Must-Haves:
1–2 years of sales or business development experience (agency or SaaS preferred)
Proficiency in strong verbal and written communication skills and a self-starter with a high level of motivation and accountability
Experience with Pipedrive and relatable CRM technologies
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote agency environment
Nice-to-Haves (Preferred, but not required):
Experience with selling WordPress or Shopify-related websites
