About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly skilled and innovative AI Solutions Specialist to join our team and play a key role in developing AI-driven tools and systems. This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of education technology and artificial intelligence.

Your primary focus will be AI avatar creation and contributing to the build-out of our Learning Management System (LMS), while also supporting the development of AI-powered solutions to enhance user engagement, automation, and learning experiences. You should have a solid understanding of software development principles and a passion for applying AI to real-world solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of AI avatars for interactive training, onboarding, and educational content.
• Assist in the design and development of a custom LMS, integrating AI-driven features and automation.
• Build and implement AI tools and workflows that enhance process efficiency and learner experience.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, developers, and product leads to turn ideas into functioning tools and applications.
• Research and integrate the latest AI platforms, APIs, and technologies (e.g., OpenAI, Sora, Synthesia, D-ID, etc.).
• Support testing, optimization, and continuous improvement of AI solutions.
• Provide technical insights into software tools and platforms used for training, education, and process automation.
   

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with AI tools, platforms, and workflows (e.g., text-to-video, AI avatars, chatbots, generative AI).
• Knowledge of LMS platforms and experience contributing to or building educational systems.
• Strong grasp of software development fundamentals—coding background is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI APIs, frameworks, or integration strategies.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
   

Preferred Skills (Bonus Points):

• Experience with AI avatar tools (e.g., Synthesia, D-ID, Hour One).
• Background in e-learning development or instructional design.
• Familiarity with chatbot creation, NLP, or voice cloning technologies.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles in educational tools.
