This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with booking hotel stays, resorts, cruises, and other travel services
Respond to travel inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a professional and timely manner
Gather client preferences to offer customized travel options
Accurately input reservation details and maintain up-to-date client records
Manage booking changes, updates, and special requests with attention to detail
Stay informed on current travel trends, promotions, and destination guidelines
Provide outstanding service throughout the planning and post-booking process
Qualifications:
Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable using online platforms and booking tools
Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively
Self-motivated and reliable with a positive attitude
Must be 18 years or older with access to a personal computer and reliable internet connection
Passion for travel and delivering exceptional client experiences
