We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage our Meta advertising campaigns, integrate CRM systems, and support digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer with strong technical aptitude, a deep understanding of Meta platforms, and experience in digital campaign management and analytics.
You will play a key role in setting up systems, optimizing performance, and supporting the business owner directly during the launch phase. This is a project-based, full-time role with potential for extension.
Scope & Engagement
Initial Engagement: Minimum of 2 months
Time Commitment: Full-time availability preferred during the initial setup (8 hours/day)
Time Zone: Work hours compatible with Manila/Sydney time zone
Location: Remote (Manila-based candidates preferred for time zone compatibility)
Type: Project-based contract, with potential for extension or long-term engagement
Reporting To: Direct collaboration with the Business Owner
Key Responsibilities
Set up, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns.
Configure integration between Meta platforms, Momence CRM, and our business website.
Establish automated data flow processes for lead capture, nurturing, and CRM hand-off.
Develop systems and documentation for scalable campaign management.
Collaborate with the business owner and creative team to align ad content with brand identity.
Monitor and report on campaign performance using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other analytics tools.
Execute organic social media strategies to complement paid efforts.
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and messaging to optimize results.
Coordinate with the Momence CRM support team for troubleshooting and enhancements.
Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Support SEO optimization efforts in coordination with broader digital strategy.
Assist with occasional ad-hoc marketing and system-related projects.
Requirements
Proven experience managing Meta Business Suite and paid social advertising.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems, with hands-on experience integrating platforms like Momence, HubSpot, or similar.
Working knowledge of UTM tracking, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
Experience developing and managing lead generation funnels and conversion flows.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
High level of technical aptitude with an ability to solve integration or tracking issues independently.
Familiarity with SEO principles, landing page optimization, and performance marketing.
Experience using creative tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating with various stakeholders.
