Job description

This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: Flexible

  • 20 hours/week

Client Timezone: Pacific Time (Los Angeles)

Scope:

  • 20 hours per week

  • Remote work with fixed schedule during business hours

  • Direct reporting to business owner

  • Access to company systems through secure remote worker solution

  • Regular communication via video calls, WhatsApp, or other platforms

  • Initial focus on bookkeeping/data entry with potential for expanded responsibilities

  • Handling sensitive financial and operational data

  • Coverage of multiple business locations including gas stations and repair shop

Responsibilities:

  • Process and reconcile daily sales transactions and shift balances

  • Perform data entry from scanned documents into appropriate systems

  • Manage QuickBooks entries and classifications

  • Reconcile bank accounts and categorize transactions

  • Review and classify check payments to appropriate categories

  • Process and organize financial documentation

  • Monitor employee performance through video surveillance system

  • Generate performance reports based on video monitoring

  • Balance daily shifts and reconcile financial records

  • Maintain organized digital filing system for scanned documents


Requirements
:

  • QuickBooks experience required, certification preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent data entry skills

  • Proficiency in English

  • Experience with financial reconciliation

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Reliable internet connection and computer
