The Role
As our B2B Marketing Lead, you’ll drive how we communicate Stepful’s value to healthcare employers. You’ll build the sales materials our team relies on to close deals, shape messaging across campaigns, and lead event marketing efforts. From pitch decks and case studies to conferences and webinars, you’ll bring clarity and consistency to how we show up in the market. You’ll work closely with Sales, Solution Architecture, Product, and Learning Curriculum teams to ensure every message reflects what customers need and what our programs deliver. You’ll also run multi-channel marketing campaigns—using tools like HubSpot and Gong to coordinate outreach, capture insights, and refine our strategy as offerings evolve.
What You’ll Do
Develop compelling product messaging and positioning used across marketing campaigns, launches, and thought leadership content.
Build and maintain sales enablement materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, and case studies tailored to different buyer personas and solutions
Proactively lead internal training to ensure GTM teams are aligned on new features, messaging, and program offerings.
Lead Stepful’s event marketing strategy across conferences, webinars, and partner events—from planning to promotion to execution.
Manage HubSpot and Gong to support marketing automation, campaign tracking, content usage, and sales messaging insights.
Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architecture, Product, and Learning Curriculum teams to align messaging with what customers need and what our programs deliver.
This job is for you if:
Have 5+ years of B2B marketing experience—ideally in Growth or Product Marketing roles at startups in Healthcare, EdTech, or service-focused industries.
Have led go-to-market strategies for both SaaS and service-based solutions.
Know how to market to service organizations (like healthcare providers or training institutions) with longer, consultative sales cycles.
Understand multi-channel marketing strategies that resonate with healthcare buyers.
Are proficient in tools like HubSpot (CRM), Gong (sales insights), and marketing analytics platforms.
Combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution—you’re not afraid to build the thing yourself.
Take a data-driven approach with a focus on measurable results and ROI.
Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders across functions.
Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a bias toward action.
Bonus points if:
You have previous startup experience in EdTech/Healthcare.
