We’re hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to join our founding GTM team and lead complex, strategic deals with some of the most innovative eCommerce and DTC brands. You’re a strategic builder with a “get it done” mindset and a track record of owning sophisticated, multi-threaded sales cycles from first touch through close.
You know how to navigate ambiguity, align diverse internal and external stakeholders, and structure partnerships that create long-term value. You’re product-minded, proactive, and excited to sell “one quarter ahead,” working with Engineering and Product to validate new automation use cases. This is a foundational role that will shape Kodif’s enterprise sales motion for years to come.
Exceed quarterly new ARR targets through strategic deal execution
Own a territory of eCommerce and subscription brands within Kodif’s Enterprise Segment
Lead multi-threaded sales cycles in the $150K–$500K+ ACV range
Align with CX, Digital, and Ops leaders on roadmap-fit and automation strategy
Build compelling business cases, ROI models, and executive-level narratives
Manage longer sales cycles that may include Proof of Value or pilot phases
Partner with BDRs, Solutions Engineers, Marketing, and CS to drive success
Represent Kodif at in-person industry events and executive dinners in your region
Action-first AI: Not just chatbots—real automation across the customer journey
Trusted by top brands: Strong ICP fit and proven use cases
Rapid growth, early team: Help define our sales culture, playbook, and strategy
Tight-knit, mission-driven: Work with a high-ownership team that blends GTM and product thinking
3+ years of experience as an Account Executive, with a track record closing $150K+ deals
Proven success navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Strong outbound/hunting ability and pipeline generation ownership
Startup experience preferred (Series B or earlier a plus)
Background in AI, customer support, or CX technology is a bonus—but not required
