Regional Sales Manager (Healthcare/Homecare | B2B | Remote)

Location: Remote (Preferred: Texas / East Coast / Dallas Fort Worth / Central/ Ability to travel )

We’re scaling fast and looking for self-driven Regional Sales Managers with healthcare industry B2B experience to help us grow across multiple regions.

Who We’re Looking For

You’re someone who:

  • Has experience selling into senior care, skilled nursing, hospice, or home health

  • Understands the complexities and urgency of care environments

  • Can work independently, manage your region, and close deals without hand-holding

  • Knows how to build strong, consultative partnerships with administrators, operators, and clinical leaders

 What You’ll Do
  • Manage your own regional territory with a focus on:

    • Senior living facilities

    • Hospice organizations

    • Rehabilitation centers

    • Dialysis clinics - some nurturing with oversite from our Dialysis subject matter experts

  • Identify, engage, and close B2B partnerships

  • Educate facility decision-makers on how Herewith can solve real staffing and family burden gaps

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align customer feedback and campaigns

  • Represent Herewith at local industry events and national healthcare conferences

 Requirements
  • 3+ years of B2B sales in healthcare, senior services, or post-acute care

  • Proven ability to sell independently and close multi-location or service-based deals

  • Comfortable in a startup environment (fast-moving, creative, problem-solving mindset)

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Tech-savvy and organized, CRM, virtual demos, digital communication

Compensation
  • Competitive base salary + commission structure

  • Healthcare stipend or benefits after 90 days

  • Travel reimbursement as needed
