The Area Vice President is responsible for leading and managing performance against assigned expectations across all sales regions within the Area (often remotely from Kestra’s main offices). This position contacts and consults with a variety of customers in a mixture of clinical settings. This position is responsible for managing an Area of multiple Sales Regions comprised of Regional Sales Directors and their respective Territory Managers, Associate Sales Representatives and Clinical Account Specialists
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Meet and exceed assigned SWO, FIT and/or revenue quotas on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Responsible for the performance and accountability of all commercial activities and measured expectations in the assigned sales regions of the Area.
- Communicate, implement, and monitor Kestra Strategic Plan
- Analyze and report on trends observes within assigned Area
- Manage and assess Regional Leadership performance against expectations across each of the Region’s assigned Territory Managers and Associate Sales Representatives.
- Lead, motivate, and inspire Team through positive leadership by example
- Hire, educate, develop, and retain high performing Regional Leaders
- Engage with key accounts and build relationships throughout the region in a professional and ethical manner
- Responsible for consistently meeting or exceeding Area performance objectives across all assigned sales Regions.
- Contribute to Kestra’s profitability through the control of expenses
- Responsible for field reinforcement of products and positioning strategy
- Communicate openly and share information with others.

- Information regarding a patient of this company shall not be released to any source outside of this company without the signed permission of the patient. Furthermore, information will only be released internally on a need-to-know basis. All Team Members will not discuss patient cases outside the office or with anyone not employed by this company unless they are directly involved with the patient’s case.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience of people leadership in medical equipment sales management
- Demonstrated strong business acumen
- Sales model coaching experience (e.g. Challenger Sale, SPIN Selling or like sales models)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver’s license in state of residence with a good driving record
- Ability to consistently work remotely
- Must be able to achieve credentialing for hospital system entry including, but not limited to:
- Documentation of vaccination and immunization status
- Pass background check
- Pass drug screening testing
- Review and agree to hospital policies and procedures
- Completion of online courses, i.e., HIPAA, Bloodborne Pathogens and Electrical/Fire Safety

- Directly supervise assigned Sales team members including but not limited to conducting performance reviews, providing feedback, and helping to set professional development goals.

Salary: Annualized at $270,000-$290,000 plus bonus. Depending on experience and location.
