Summary
The Senior Manager Service Delivery provides transformational leadership to a large team delivering healthcare technology solutions and services to multiple State agencies and Medicaid healthcare providers.
Your role in our mission
- Manages operating and personnel budgets. Monitors and optimizes spending for adherence to budget plans.
- Leads the resolution of complex technical challenges across systems or domains. Provides technical direction and elevates team expertise through mentorship and thought leadership.
- Drives team and cross-team productivity by optimizing resource use, addressing systemic inefficiencies, and setting high-performance standards.
- Participates in developing new business proposals and implementation of existing or upgrade of existing technology solutions.
- Provides transformational leadership to a large team delivering healthcare technology solutions and services to multiple State agencies and Medicaid healthcare providers.
- Builds strategic customer relationships by anticipating needs, influencing priorities, and serving as a trusted advisor in high-stakes situations.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Master's degree in business administration, engineering, information systems or related field preferred
- Fifteen (15) or more years of experience in leading and managing technology product and services delivery teams
- Five (5) or more years of projects and/or program management experience
- Experience with enterprise transformation initiatives
- Expert communication and collaboration skills with a focus on analyst and problem solving
What you should expect in this role
- This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position.
- Monday through Friday work schedule (40 hours per week).
- Occasional travel (TBD)

- For all hybrid and remote positions employees' Broadband Internet connections, should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload. Greater speeds will of course provide better performance.
- Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation if hired.
- The hiring process will consist of 3-4 rounds of interviews.

The pay range for this position is $110,000 - $155,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
