The Sr. Program Manager will lead a small team to identify new and execute existing opportunities driving total cost of care savings across Aledade’s ACOs.
Primary Duties:
Scope and execute priority programs (primarily focused on interventions that improve patient health outcomes and manage total cost of care).
a)Manage a team of program managers, cross-functional team members, and vendor relationships to effectively implement and measure the impact of approved programs.
Identify, scope, and evaluate new innovation opportunities
a)Analyze emerging trends in the industry, data, and input from Aledade SMEs and practices to identify potential opportunities.
b)Size impact and cost of pursuing opportunities; define value proposition and case to pursue the opportunity.
c)Develop pilot proposals and implementation plans.
Manage the process to document and disseminate best practices in program management and manage core team processes including synthesizing weekly updates and ‘savings pod’ meetings
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree.
10 yrs experience defining and managing projects, plus 4 – 6 yrs managing project teams.
Track record of successful project delivery in a dynamic work environment .
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Poise, confidence, and maturity interacting with key stakeholders internally and externally.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, make data-driven decisions, and analyze new opportunities (including opportunity sizing).
Experience working in value-based care, health innovation, and external vendors.
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders including product, clinicians, and data scientists.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or MPH.
Experience working with primary care practices.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
