About the role
We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic, and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our social media and content direction. You’ll own the full content calendar, define what gets posted and when, and help shape a unified brand voice across all platforms. This role is perfect for someone who takes initiative, moves fast, and loves owning their craft from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and execute our social media and content strategy across multiple platforms
  • Plan and schedule engaging posts and marketing campaigns
  • Set the creative direction and tone for all external communication
  • Manage our bi-weekly podcast: define agendas, coordinate with guests, and oversee logistics
  • Collaborate with other departments to align messaging and brand tone
  • Leverage tools like ChatGPT to generate and refine content ideas
  • Review and proof all public-facing content for quality and consistency
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management
  • Strong design sense and familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Fluent in English, with excellent writing and communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing several projects at once
  • Familiarity with Slack and Google Workspace for team collaboration
  • Creative mindset with a clear understanding of branding and audience engagement
Nice to Have
  • Experience hosting or producing podcasts
  • Background in the food service or packaging industries
