Responsibilities

Drive engagement with the brand’s growing social media community through thoughtful interaction and response management
Coordinate and expand the TikTok Shop affiliate program by identifying and reaching out to potential collaborators
Analyse and categorise audience feedback across platforms to identify trends and opportunities
Create comprehensive reports on community engagement and affiliate program performance
Develop and maintain organized documentation of audience insights using spreadsheet software
Support the creation and distribution of affiliate training materials
Engage with followers across platforms to build stronger community connections
Track and document audience feedback related to published content and products

Requirements
