Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a full-time employee eligible for employment in the United States.

Position Overview

The Delivery Lead plays a critical role in each initiative, responsible for understanding  our client’s digital transformation vision and ensuring the end product meets their goals. You will be a strategic advisor for the client on system capabilities & prioritization, as well as a key resource for Engineering, Design, and Quality team members on build requirements. Delivery Leads should be just as comfortable creating & presenting a trade-off presentation to client executives as they are diving into the technical implementation details with Engineers.

Key Responsibilities

·       Help clients scope and prioritize using your technical acumen and deep understanding of their goals

·       Serve as the primary liaison for Engineering & Design counterparts with client stakeholders

·       Define acceptance criteria for Build based on business & user requirements

·       Lead delivery by owning the product backlog and clearing blockers

·       Actively manage scope so that initiatives are delivered on-time & on-budget

·       Track project performance and proactively identify risks to mitigate before they become issues

·       Drive difficult conversations regarding scope, timeline, and budget to ensure projects meet client expectations with no surprises

·       Identify areas for continuous improvement and work with delivery teams to enact solutions



Requirements
Critical Competencies

·       Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into actionable build requirements

·       Proven record of anticipating, tracking & mitigating project risks

·       Structure and keep track of project plans with key milestones & deliverables

·       Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

·       Convey technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences, including non-technical stakeholders

·       Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, quickly learning and adapting to new verticals and technologies

Qualifications

·       4+ years of experience leading cross-functional, technical initiatives in a customer-facing role

·       Exposure to or experience with managing all aspects of technical projects, including timeline, scope, resource allocation, and budgets

·       Familiarity with product development processes & methodologies, including both waterfall & Agile

·       Practical experience implementing & integrating with digital marketing tools (ex. Adobe Experience Cloud) preferred
