We’re seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead and execute data-driven marketing initiatives that accelerate business growth.
This role is key to generating qualified pipeline through targeted paid campaigns, marketing automation, and conversion-focused landing experiences. You'll be responsible for full-funnel paid marketing strategy, reporting, and optimization, while supporting sales enablement and CRM integration.
You’ll thrive in this role if you're equal parts strategist and executor, and if you’re experienced in high-performance environments—whether agency-side or within a product-led business.
🔑 Key Responsibilities Campaign Planning & Execution
- Define paid media strategies aligned with business goals, audiences, and lifecycle stages
- Plan, launch, and optimize multichannel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic platforms, and others
- Continuously A/B test creative, audiences, and channels to improve MQL’
Analytics
- Implement digital analytics through tools such as Google Tag Manager, GA4, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity etc.
- Track and analyze website & campaign performance using platforms like GA & Looker Studio, Meta Ads Manager
- Build custom dashboards and provide clear performance insights
SEO
- Collaborate on technical SEO improvements with developers
- Collaborate with SEO/content teams to align paid and organic acquisition efforts
Marketing Automation
- Develop and maintain automated marketing workflows (e.g. Activecampaign/Mailchimp, Zapier, Hubspot etc.)
- Implement behavioral triggers and nurture sequences to improve lead conversion and customer retention
- Collaborate with sales to sync automation with CRM logic and lead scoring
Growth Hacking & Experimentation
- Identify and test new growth acquisition levers
- Continuously optimize landing pages and funnels for conversion uplift
- A/B test ads, messaging, formats, and tripwire offers to uncover scalable tactics
- Collaborate with content/design teams to build high-performing ad and landing page combinations
Sales Enablement & Reporting
- Support sales outreach initiatives with tailored ad strategies and landing pages
- Work closely with sales to align campaign targeting, messaging, and lead capture tactics
- Develop collateral and templates for outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, email, etc.)
- Help build and promote sales assets (case studies, decks, battlecards)
- Track all KPIs across the funnel: MQLs, SQLs, CPL, ROAS, and cost per SQL

- You bring 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, paid media or marketing operations
- You have experience of creating B2B lead-gen campaigns
- You’re organized, proactive, and skilled at balancing campaign execution with strategic thinking
- You’ve launched and optimized multi-platform campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other demand gen channels, with strong command over full-funnel planning and targeting
- You're experienced with implementing digital analytics, including Google Tag Manager, GA4, Hotjar, and can turn complex data into actionable insights through tools such as Looker Studio
- You have hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Zapier, Make, n8n, HubSpot or similar) and understand how to build workflows that nurture and convert
- You love experimentation—running structured A/B tests, landing page variants, and audience segmentation strategies to uncover scalable wins.
- You’ve supported sales enablement efforts with ad strategies, outreach assets, and messaging libraries that move deals forward.
- You're comfortable working alongside designers and content teams to ensure creative and messaging align with performance goals.
Preferred but not crucial:
- Experience running international campaigns (such as USA, DACH, UAE/KSA)
- Background in a product company or a digital agency
- Strong organizational and project management skills

While our agency working hours are from 9 am to 6 pm CET, you’ll have the freedom to work flexible hours and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
