Compensation

Compensation includes a base salary of $72,200.00 - $108,200.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Job Description

Seeking a detailed-oriented and nimble Business Intelligence Analyst II to join the Marketing Analytics Team.  This role offers exciting opportunities to support Consumer Solutions’ Marketing Teams and assist Analytics Managers on long-term projects that improve and enable our stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.

The Consumer Solutions Marketing Analytics organization at Cox Automotive aspires to develop unparalleled intelligence around the ways consumers shop for, sell and own vehicles. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 2 years experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and up to 2 years experience; or 6 years experience in a related field with a focus on data analysis.
  • Must be able to work core Eastern Standard Time hours and able to travel up to 5% of the time
  • Experience with forecasting or applying statistical methods to analyses
  • Intermediate Google Analytics and foundational Google Marketing Platform skills
  • Understanding of basic marketing concepts that support effective marketing decisions
  • Capable of synthesizing complicated data and analyses into a coherent and consistent story that easily digestible
  • Communication and presentation skills to curate messages based on both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Intermediate Snowflake and SQL code development skills
  • Intermediate visualization tool development experience (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience with analytics platforms (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Has an ownership mindset, taking accountability for driving results
  • Be motivated to constantly improve and identify opportunities for efficiency
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
