About the role:

IIX seeks to expand its support team in Vietnam for IIX Values

IIX Values - a comprehensive digital impact assessment platform that facilitates and rewards impact measurement while giving beneficiaries and end customers a voice to provide input to the issues that affect them the most

IIX seeks a Customer Support Executive for its IIX Values team in Vietnam. The primary responsibility of Customer Support Executive will be to offer excellent customer and technical services to our clients. She/he will be responsible and oversee the customer service procedures and policies. We want someone who first and foremost has a positive attitude and is passionate about growing the space through IIX’s work. In addition, she/he should be a creative, a problem solver, who knows how to push the envelope, and is an incredibly fast learner. This also means you have to come with a client centric mindset and client with strong business development outlook and have a track record in meeting your targets and supporting customers service objectives.

This is a fully remote role based in Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the customer and technical support process.

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients

• Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback

• Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support

• Providing assistance in any product enhancements which maybe required by external or internal customers

• Maintaining a pleasant working environment for the team

• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right tools/platforms

• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, as well as, maintain a database and dispute resolution tracker

• Follow up to ensure resolution

• Data entry

• Creating efficient customer support processes

• Supporting the team during promotional events

• Actively networking to drive registrations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the same role

• Fluent in Vietnamese and strong comfort level in English communication

• Tech savvy and willing to learn about new platforms

• Good problem-solving abilities

• Customer Orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks

• A quick learner and exceptional ability to make decisions

Remuneration and title will commensurate with the years of relevant experience.
