We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, team members, and external partners to align goals and drive success across various initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource estimates.
Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet evolving requirements.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact timelines or deliverables.
Communicate project status, milestones, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership.
Ensure proper documentation, including project charters, status reports, and post-mortem reviews.
Manage project budgets and ensure resource allocations align with strategic goals.
Promote best practices in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field (PMP certification a plus).
3–7 years of experience managing projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, JIRA, Smartsheet).
Preferred Skills
Experience in Agile, Scrum, or other iterative development methodologies.
Familiarity with change management and process improvement initiatives.
Industry-specific knowledge (e.g., tech, finance, healthcare, etc.) is a plus.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $60.03 to $66.67 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
