Your tasks

Key Account Management: You build strong, long-term relationships with our key customers and maintain them. Your focus is on expanding strategic partnerships and increasing customer satisfaction

Sales Strategy Development: You develop and implement sales strategies with the goal of achieving growth targets

Business Development: You identify new business opportunities in the European market, acquire new customers, and further expand existing customer relationships

Teamwork & Strategic Implementation: You inspire and motivate the regional sales teams and work closely with our production teams in various factories to successfully implement strategic plans

Market Analysis and Strategy Development: You conduct thorough market research and analyses to identify trends, competition, and customer needs at an early stage. You use these insights to develop targeted sales strategies

Customer Success: You continuously support and advise our customers, ensure their satisfaction, and identify new revenue opportunities

International Mindset: You work closely with global teams and maintain relationships across different cultures and regions to ensure the success of our European customers and strengthen Bizerba’s reputation as a strong, trusted brand

Product Advocacy: With your deep understanding of our product portfolio, you inspire customers and clearly demonstrate the added value and quality of our solutions
Your profile

Experience: You have several years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management in a B2B environment

Mindset: You are a creative, solution-oriented thinker who approaches challenges with fresh ideas and innovative concepts

Market Knowledge: You are well-versed in market analysis, business development, and strategic sales planning

Communication: You possess excellent interpersonal skills, confident presentation abilities, and strong negotiation skills, enabling you to communicate effectively at all levels

International Competence: You feel at home in a multicultural, international business environment and bring relevant experience with you

Key Account Management: You have successfully built and managed strategic customer relationships, ideally including extensive contract negotiations

Languages: You speak fluent English; additional European language skills are a plus
