Your Impact
We are looking for a talented SDR to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the sales team by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for our award-winning cloud-based Visitor Management and Access Control solutions. You'll actively engage potential clients, building a pipeline and showcasing the benefits of our advanced enterprise technology. Working closely with the sales team, you’ll ensure smooth handovers and contribute to team goals. Additionally, you will serve as a resource on our products, helping clients understand solutions for compliance, health and safety, and workplace management.


What You’ll Do
In addition to the above, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads through outbound lead generation, leveraging Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns where applicable.
  • Maintain accurate records of all leads, opportunities, and client interactions within the CRM to ensure thorough reporting and follow-up.
  • Conduct lead qualification and schedule product demonstrations to meet monthly targets, actively contributing to sales goals.
  • Cultivate business relationships by engaging prospects via calls, emails, and social media touches, and set appointments using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Schedule virtual meetings with prospects (Teams, Zoom, or Google) to meet monthly new appointment targets.
  • Support Account Executives by advancing qualified leads through the sales cycle and managing inbound leads with a prioritization strategy.
  • Participate in sales and marketing meetings, contributing insights on market trends and lead generation strategies.
  • Develop product expertise and maintain product certifications to effectively communicate value to prospects and handle conversations with key stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated organisational skills, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in managing workflows and documentation.
  • Enthusiastic team player who is also capable of working independently and proactively to meet goals.
  • Proven ability to master new tools and processes quickly, with a self-directed approach to learning and professional growth.
  • Prior experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or other customer-focused roles; experience within SaaS is a plus. HubSpot & Salesforce experience is preferred.
  • Analytical thinker with a critical approach to problem-solving, able to understand customer needs and align solutions effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred but not required; additional language skills are a bonus.
