The Director, IT Product Management works with relevant Humana stakeholders to create, prioritize, and manage product iteration backlogs. Ensures final products meet IT and Humana standards and deliver maximum value to end-users. Decisions are typically related to the implementation of new/updated programs or large-scale projects for the function and supporting technical/operational procedures and processes, and implements strategic plans, drives goals and objectives, and improves performance. Provides input into functions strategy.
Position Responsibilities
•Creates a compelling vision for TechStrat’s Product Operating Model
•Defines the outcomes and goals for a Product Operating Model
•Aligns the Product Operating Model to TechStrat outcomes and strategy
•Develops a multi-year strategy and roadmap to achieve and mature TechStrat’s Product Operating Model
•Collaborates/advises/coaches/mentors/influences VPs, AVPs, Directors and Associate Directors in developing a Product Mindset as part of the Product Operating Model
•Establishes processes, standards, best practices and a governance framework for Product Management
•Effectively leads Organizational Change Management to activate the Product Mindset across TechStrat
•Leads a team of Product and Agile coaches
•Ensures federated resources in Product and Agile roles across TechStrat are effectively coached and mentored
•Measures performance and maturity of the TechStrat organization towards a Product Operating Model
