We seek an ambitious, experienced, and service-driven Concierge Services Manager to manage and continuously enhance our concierge offering. This hands-on role focuses on delivering exceptional experiences to our members while supporting the ongoing growth and evolution of the service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury and lifestyle client services, guest relations, and/or luxury hospitality and the ability to perform under pressure with energy, autonomy, and professionalism.
This role is employed under a consulting contract and is fully remote, with occasional travel to HQ in Switzerland or partner venues.
