Senior Frontend Dev Vue.js (V3 / Composition API)

Peanuds is modernising corporate banking with a modular, multi account platform that powers SEPA transfers, multi currency wallets, card management, and deep analytics through a single login. Our next milestones include bringing these capabilities to retail customers and adding digital asset services.

To enable this growth, we are building a new web application while ensuring the current, proven frontend keeps serving customers smoothly with minimal disruption.

You will drive this effort with the support of veteran architects who have scaled multiple fintech products, so you can focus on high impact engineering, not fighting fires alone.


Responsibilities:

• Design and implement new frontend applications using Vue3 (CompositionAPI) with TypeScript.
• Lead the development of the new application while keeping the existing, stable frontend (React) healthy, tackling bug fixes and incremental improvements without major rewrites
• Collaborate closely with senior system architects to shape the new architecture, select tooling, and define migration paths
• Optimize bundle size, runtime performance, and SEO across both codebases
• Own the automated testing pipeline (unit, integration, E2E) to guarantee quality at speed
• Work in short, iterative sprints; contribute to planning, code reviews, and retrospectives with cross functional teams

Requirements:

• Minimum five years of professional frontend development
• Deep knowledge of Vue3 with the CompositionAPI in TypeScript
• Advanced expertise in React (hooks, Context API, advanced TypeScript types)
• Proficiency with modern build tools (Vite, Webpack, esbuild)
• Handson experience with testing frameworks (Jest, TestingLibrary, Cypress or Playwright)
• Solid understanding of integrating REST and GraphQL APIs
• Proven track record in startup or other high growth settings; comfortable with rapid iterations and shifting priorities
• Ability to work independently and make decisions
• Agile mindset with the capability to work quickly and efficiently
• Fluent in English
