At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mid-Level React Developer to join our team in Colombia. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, multicultural environment that thrives on Collaboration, Innovation & Transformation.

Position Overview:

As a Mid-Level React Developer, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining high-quality web applications, focusing on frontend development using React hooks and Next.js. While your primary focus will be on frontend development, a fullstack mindset will be highly valued as the role may require backend collaboration. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts (BA) and Product Owners (PO), you will ensure clarity in requirements and deliver scalable solutions that meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

Develop user-friendly interfaces using React hooks and Next.js to create seamless user experiences.

Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to refine project requirements and technical solutions.

Proactively communicate with clients during agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, plannings, and retrospectives.

Address uncertainties by actively seeking clarification from BAs and POs, ensuring all requirements are well-understood.

Maintain application performance and scalability while contributing to backend tasks when needed (e.g., Go Lang, PostgreSQL).
