Key responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain account plans for partners and key customers in alignment with the Head of Government Sales.
  • Manage existing accounts and prospect for new opportunities while maintaining relationships with decision makers.
  • Develop strategic plans with key accounts to increase business growth.
  • Maintain the CRM system with current deals, opportunities, and revenue forecasts.

Job description


What you'll do
  • Create and maintain account plans for Partners and Key Customers in alignment with the Head of Govt Sales and execute on the identified success criteria and playbook 
  • Manage existing accounts, prospect to find new opportunities and maintain relationships with decision makers at the executive and management levels 
  • Develop strategic plans with the Key Accounts to increase the business from within 
  • Partner with Customer Program Management team to drive implementations and high-level adoption within customer accounts to ensure upsell potential and renewals 
  • Maintain the TomTom CRM regarding current deals, new opportunities, account activity and revenue forecasts while maintaining relationships with decision makers at the executive and management levels 


  • What you'll need
  • Mapping/Geo knowledge and Domain experience 
  • 6+ years of experience in B2B sales/technical sales/product development/business development/licensing in one of these market segments: account management and new business.
  • Experience in Public sector or Federal Govt is a plus
  • Successful track record in high velocity land and expand go-to-market sales 
  • Ability to create new and leverage established relationships within VP/C-level executives/decision makers
  • Self-motivated and results oriented 
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation and closing skills 
  • Team player 
  • Ability to travel
