The Role

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, results-driven General Manager to spearhead Cider’s expansion and operations across one or more of our key target markets: EU & UK, Middle East, LatAm, and Asia.


Key Responsibilities

1. Lead go-to-market strategy and end-to-end execution for your region(s).

2. Own regional P&L and drive sustainable growth through local initiatives.

3. Develop market-specific growth plans in collaboration with global teams.

4. Oversee customer insights, merchandising, marketing, and localization strategies.

5. Build and manage high-performing local teams and cross-functional collaborations.

6. Cultivate strategic partnerships and navigate regulatory environments.

7. Act as the brand ambassador and key voice of Cider in your region.


What We’re Looking For

1. 8+ years of experience in business leadership, regional management, or e-commerce strategy.

2. Proven success in growing consumer brands in one or more of the following regions: EU & UK, ME, LatAm, or KR.

3. Strong commercial acumen with hands-on operational experience.

4. Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Arabic, Korean, or French) are a plus.

5. Deep understanding of Gen-Z culture, digital commerce, and fashion trends.

6. Passionate about building something from the ground up with global impact.
