Job Summary
The Project Management Office Analyst will play an integral role in supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) Lead as they build out the organization’s newly established PMO. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to both administrative and project management support across a wide range of cross-functional, high-impact initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Project Management Office Analyst will be responsible for organizing and supporting day-to-day PMO and project administration activities such as scheduling meetings, creating agendas, facilitating discussions, capturing and sharing notes and following up with teams and individuals on next steps.
The role also involves writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), drafting and refining PM templates and tools, ensuring documentation is maintained in alignment with SharePoint best practices, and supporting ClickUp administration—such as creating templates, onboarding users, and maintaining settings.
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, is comfortable with change and embodies a learning mindset. This person should be comfortable taking ownership over tasks with general guidance and coaching, following through independently, and looping back for feedback and next steps as needed. Success in this role depends on emotional intelligence, attention to detail, strong communication, professionalism, and a collaborative action-oriented mindset.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Collaborated directly with the PMO Lead to facilitate project planning and execution, managing administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting action items to ensure seamless project progression.
• Supported daily PMO operations by coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring project timelines, and assisting in the development and maintenance of project documentation, contributing to efficient project delivery.
• Monitor workplans and track project progress and metrics.
• Maintain and promote standardized PM tools, templates, and documentation.
• Organize and facilitate meetings: scheduling, agenda creation, notes, and follow-ups.
• Draft, revise, and manage SOPs and SharePoint content.
• Become a subject matter expert in ClickUp; support teams in setup, training, and consistent usage.
• Assist in onboarding team members to PM processes and tools.
• Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Experience and Qualifications
• 4+ years of project management experience.
• Working knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Detail-oriented, logical, systematic, and highly organized.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a fast-paced environment, able to meet deadlines and share progress regularly.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently.
• At least one of the following certifications: PMP, CAPM, CSM, PMI-ACP, Kanban Practitioner.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365 tools, and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Proficiency with tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Jira, MS Teams.
• Experience creating and maintaining project documentation (charters, timelines, dashboards).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remove blockers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated interest in Textile Exchange’s vision, mission, and goals.
• Experience training or coaching others on tools or workflows.
• Comfort working in a remote and globally distributed team.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally for team meetings when required.
Preffered Requirments
• Experience using ClickUp.
• 3+ years experience as a Delivery Manager, Scrum Master or Agile Practitioner.
• Familiarity with industry standards, regulatory requirements, or quality assurance processes.
• Experience in change management or organizational development.
• Experience working with people from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives.
Qualifications
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least one of the following certifications: PMP, CAPM, CSM, PMI-ACP, Kanban Practitioner.

• Location: Virtual/Remote
• Annual Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 USD
• To be filled as soon as possible (start date to be agreed between both parties).
• Our salary structures are location-agnostic, ensuring equal pay for the same role, irrespective of location. Final employment offers are determined based on the role, candidate experience, education, and other relevant factors, but not on location. Offers will be presented in the local currency of the candidate's permanent residence. Benefits are tailored to the region of the candidate's permanent residence and align with Textile Exchange’s regional employment packages.
