Your Mission:

As our Senior Product Manager - Growth & Mobile, you will own and scale our mobile commerce experience, ensuring frictionless, high-converting user journeys. You will lead growth initiatives, optimize acquisition funnels, and drive engagement across mobile platforms while expanding our e-commerce marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own growth strategy & execution – Drive user acquisition, activation, and retention with data-driven experiments and A/B testing.
  • Optimize mobile UX/UI – Improve mobile navigation, performance, and conversions for a seamless shopping experience.
  • Lead data-driven decision-making – Leverage analytics, behavioral insights, and testing to refine product features and optimize KPIs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally – You'll work closely with UX, design, engineering, and marketing to deliver impactful growth features.
  • Expand internationally – Develop scalable mobile strategies for new markets and localize experiences for different user segments.
  • Integrate performance marketing & SEO – Align growth initiatives with paid campaigns, organic search, and referral strategies.


Your Profile:

  • 5+ years in product management, with a focus on growth, mobile apps, marketing and e-commerce.
  • Strong analytical skills: Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
  • Mobile-first mindset: Proven track record of improving mobile user journeys, retention, and engagement.
  • Agile execution: Hands-on experience in iterative development, experimentation, and sprint leadership.
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to clearly convey complex ideas and align stakeholders across teams.
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus but not required.
