Job description

Role: Content Production Specialist

Location: Remote

Salary: Competitive plus an excellent benefits package

As Content Production Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the production of high-quality content, in line with Scania brand guidelines. You will be the ‘go to’ contact for internal stakeholders, taking the time to understand each stakeholder’s specific needs, before briefing our agency partners, to produce the best content possible. This is a fast-paced role, working to tight deadlines, providing an opportunity to really understand and have a positive impact on our business. Proven experience in content production and management would be preferable.

You will join the newly established Production Community of Scania Northern Europe, part of a collaborative organization operating across the markets of the UK, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our operational practices, as this is a new way of working with communications.

In this role you will:


  • Support the Content Production Manager by ensuring that content aligns with brand guidelines, meets regional requirements, and is delivered efficiently across various platforms and markets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to create and edit digital, print, and multimedia content.
  • Plan and execute production workflows, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are utilized efficiently.
  • Reviews content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand and legal requirements. Support the analysis of content performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Upload, organize, and manage content on digital platforms, ensuring proper categorization and accessibility.
