Accounts Receivable Analyst

We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst to manage invoicing, collections, account reconciliation, and customer communications. This role supports accurate financial reporting and contributes to the overall health of the company's cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the processing of customer invoices, incoming payments, and account adjustments with accuracy and efficiency

• Perform regular reconciliations of AR accounts and resolve any variances or discrepancies

• Track outstanding receivables and follow up with customers to ensure timely payment

• Address and resolve customer inquiries related to billing and payment issues

• Support accounts receivable reporting and contribute to month-end closing activities

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing enhanced workflows

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and solid analytical skills

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset

• Prior experience with accounting systems or ERP platforms is preferred
