The Field Service Technician is responsible for the installation, service and maintenance of Trew products while providing excellent service to customers. This is a travelling position.

Troubleshooting and diagnosing conveyer systems and ancillary material handling equipment
Installing, modifying and repairing Trew conveyor equipment to ensure customer satisfaction
Providing technical and mechanical support to customers and other field technicians
Operating, monitoring and performing preventative maintenance on material handling systems
Recommending modifications, replacements, repairs and spare parts to customers
Identifying, escalating and exploring opportunities to improve the installation or repair procedures
Providing training to customers about product usage and maintenance
Adhering to current regulatory and safety requirements
Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts, contract renewals and system sales
Preparing, completing and submitting work orders, expense reports and timesheets
Travelling to job sites every week but home on weekends.
Specific Qualifications
3+ years of technical experience
Ability to troubleshoot Mechanical and Electrical Systems
Ability to lift and carry 50lbs.
Valid driver's license and good driving record
Credit for travel purchases that will be reimbursed
