Who we are looking for

We are looking for an HRIS & HR Operations Generalist, you will be responsible for managing global HR information systems and driving operational efficiency across HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR systems, HR analytics, and AI tools. You will support day-to-day HR operations, contribute to global compensation and benefits activities, and assist with various cross-functional HR initiatives.


What you will do

HR information Systems: Run the day-to-day global HR information systems programs, manage an annual plan and execute it (success factors module):

  • Create and monitor data in HR systems to assure data accuracy.
  • Responsible for reports – per need and create costume reports.
  • Support massive uploads to the system.
  • Train and support system users as needed.
  • Maintain Contractors in SAP.
  • Ongoing System updates for locations with no HR rep.
  • Data management and monitoring.

HR operations: manage all relocation processes and protocols, manage global HR policies and process, update global contracts and letters aligned with the local law, HR budget management and operations support in general.

Support compensations & Benefits activities: updates con the salary surveys and benchmarking tools, vacations control and monitoring

HR Analytics and AI:

  • Manage quarterly review data and create analytics.
  • Implement AI tools within HR. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HRIS management, preferably with SuccessFactors - a must.
  • Fluent level of English - (a must). Fluent level of Hebrew (an advantage)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Experience in Global HR operations, including policy development and process improvement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
