Corpay is currently looking to hire a Director of Strategic Sales within our Corporate Payments division in either TX, LA, OK, AR. As a Director of Strategic Sales, you will act as a hunter, focused on prospecting and closing B2B clients. Sales efforts will focus on cold-calling, warm leads provided by our inside sales team, webinars, trade shows, relationship selling, and similar outbound sales efforts. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with prospects, clients, and channel partners to gain testimonials and referrals with prospects. This position will require knowledge of sophisticated financial services and products, and the ability to present a complex product in a coherent and simplified way.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Prioritize, call, meet, propose, and close new deals with clients to achieve monthly sales objectives
Maintain Salesforce automation system to track and optimize activities
Attend trade shows, conduct webinars, and other thought leadership activities to generate lead activity
Study market developments and company metrics to identify new segments and adapt sales strategy and techniques
Build marketing collateral in conjunction with the Marketing team, customized presentations and supporting materials to achieve optimal sales calls
Qualifications & Skills
High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
8+ years demonstrated success in B2B sales
High degree of persistence, self-confidence, and comfort with cold calling
High impact communication and presentation skills
Highly organized, with ability to prioritize and focus on key opportunities
Understands complex financial products and can simplify into a coherent story
Execution of proposals, meetings, and diligent follow-up
Exceptional sales negotiation skills
8+ years of experience in selling financial products
8+ years of sales experience
Undergraduate degree in Business or related field
Experience in Software as a Service (SAAS) a plus
