(NYSE: CPAY). It is an offshore software development and support center, providing extended support to the core Information Technology (IT) and Business support teams of Corpay and its subsidiaries.
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Claims Administrator within our ALE Solutions division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is a remote position. In this role, you will provide clerical and administrative support to all Long-Term Housing National Account Manager/ Assistant National Account Manager teams. This is a part-time role with required shifts of Thursdays and Fridays only from 8 AM-5 PM.
Role Responsibilities
Maintaining the ALE Claims Portal for new LTH/ LTH + Hotel Claims/FRV submissions
Assisting the NAM/A Teams with taking initial housing requests via email or phone when applicable and entering them into portal, ensuring accurate and complete information.
Using internet research to produce Fair Rental Values for NAM/A Teams to provide adjusters with quotes for average rental costs in a given area, and update FRV fields in database appropriately
Checking database at the end of the workday to review all initial claim submissions for the day to ensure fields are filled in and contacts have been assigned
Pulling certain reports as needed for the team
Flexing into other areas of the department or company when additional support is needed
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
2+ years of job related experience preferred
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook
ACT program experience a plus Polished and professional demeanor Excellent verbal & written communication skills Organization Multitasking Working well both individually and with a team Problem-solving and critical thinking Ability to work under pressure effectively and efficiently. Attention to detail and accuracy Exhibits strong business acumen and sound judgement Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships among team members in the course of work.
This hourly range is provided for locations which require such disclosure. An estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly range is 20.00-25.00/hour.
