The Role
As our People & Culture Generalist, you’ll be a
critical force behind shaping the employee experience—from recruitment and onboarding to engagement and compliance. You’ll partner with teams across the business to help us attract top talent, support growth, and foster a culture where everyone thrives. This is a
hands-on role, perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves building scalable HR practices from the ground up.
What You’ll Do💼 Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process across roles and levels, with a focus on high-volume hiring during growth spikes
- Design and optimize hiring funnels for efficiency, candidate experience, and DE&I goals
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, sourcing strategies, and interview processes
- Build and maintain talent pipelines using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards
🌱 Onboarding & Offboarding
- Own onboarding experiences that drive early engagement and role clarity
- Develop scalable and engaging new hire orientation programs
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends to improve retention
📊 HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain and update employee records, HRIS systems, and databases
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, contracts, and internal policies
- Support audits, reporting, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
📈 Engagement, Growth & Learning
- Partner with leadership to build programs that boost engagement, learning, and well-being
- Support or lead performance review cycles, OKRs, and development plans
- Plan culture events, recognition programs, and team rituals that connect a distributed team
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in People/HR roles, ideally in fast-paced or startup environments
- Proven hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment and mass hiring
- Strong knowledge of core HR processes: onboarding, compliance, employee relations, etc.
- Comfort with HR systems (e.g., HiBob, BambooHR, Deel, Lever, Notion, Slack, etc.)
- High emotional intelligence, strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Resourceful, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives on autonomy and ownership
- Bonus: Experience working with remote/distributed teams across multiple geographies
