The 1st Phorm Regional Account Manager represents our company and our 12 core values out in the market; they are responsible for building relationships and increasing recognition of the 1st Phorm Brand and our products. They are accountable for generating sales and promotional opportunities.

The Regional Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining fun and positive relationships with off premise large and small format chains specific to their market. This position is responsible for maximizing sales objectives including volume, share, distribution, assortment, shelf space, merchandising programs, etc. for all 1st Phorm retail products in their assigned geographies. This position reports to the Director of Food and Beverage for the Better for You business unit at 1st Phorm. The primary function of this role is to sell in and influence our key retailers through partnership, communication, and consistency. The Regional Account Manager must be critically aware of industry best practices, pricing, and regional competition.

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Grow 1st Phorm Topline sales and share with all 1ST PHORM brands in key Off-Premise chain accounts, large and small format
  • Provide total account management; sell-in corporate programs and brand promotions.
  • Build working relationships with Decision Point Buyers
  • Utilize sales tools (SPINS, VIP)
  • Maintain active communications with key stakeholders in the field.
  • Provide feedback to management on strategic opportunities for assigned key accounts.
  • Provide weekly reports to management on accounts and programming performances.
  • Educate and influence corporate decision-makers on 1st Phorm Better for You products and company mission.
  • Utilize data to analyze 1st Phorm in key accounts and identify opportunities for growth.


JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ Key or Regional Account Management experience in consumer package goods industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • Proven leadership ability
  • Strong internal and external customer orientation
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment required.
  • Demonstrate ability to build relationships and maintain effective working relationships with distributors, top level account decision makers, and all internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision – self-motivated.
  • Excellent oral, analytical, written, and group presentation communication skills.
  • Strong organizational & planning skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of company products and industry best practices (CPG and RTD products.)
  • Highly self-motivated and results oriented.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, customers, and third-party partners.
  • You must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to thrive in a highly competitive and dynamic work environment
  • Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to multi-task
  • Must live within 30 miles of a Regional Airport
