Reporting to a Convenience Director of Sales, the Senior Account Executive will plan, develop, and implement business-creating initiatives by working with cross functional areas of the company and Circle K to achieve company financial objectives and priorities that are aligned with customer objectives. The Senior Account Executive will establish mutually agreed upon financial growth goals and objectives that will deliver profitable and sustainable growth for the company.

Leads all aspects of the local Sales effort for Circle K.
Responsible for retaining a long-term direct customer relationship.
Establishes collaborative relationships, both internally and externally, to deliver results against objectives.
Determines best go to market strategy, working with leadership and cross-functional teams.
Responsible for annual business planning execution.
Develops, maintains and adheres to operating budgets and trade spending plans.
Responsible for monthly sales forecasting in conjunction with Sales Planning, Demand Planning and Supply Planning Teams.
Responsible for understanding of local market analytics.
Maintains oversight to the customer supply chain to ensure the highest level of customer service.
Leads the development and implementation of category driving initiatives and innovation.
Participates in department and interdepartmental planning and management teams and works cross-functionally to improve processes within the organization.
Develops and presents customer programs to multiple levels of management.
Demonstrates the ability to create, define and present contingency plans to maximize growth in both revenue and margin.
Ensures adherence to all company policies and procedures.
Understands and demonstrates the Company’s core values and operating principles.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience within the confection industry.
Masters preferred.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $153,000.
