Implementation Manager Key Responsibilities

Basic Requirements
Minimum 2 years in MTSS/RTI leadership positions with demonstrable program coordination expertise
Proven track record successfully implementing complete MTSS frameworks across multiple educational environments
Mastery of intervention documentation systems, compliance requirements, and progress monitoring protocols
Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively between general education, special education, and intervention teams
Verifiable success training and coaching large educator groups (50+) on intervention frameworks and systems
Exceptional project management skills with evidence of independently completing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
U.S.-based with capacity to travel up to 30% for on-site implementation and training
Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position.
