Implementation Manager Key Responsibilities

Transform educational outcomes by ensuring districts successfully implement our AI-powered MTSS framework, resulting in measurable acceleration of student learning and achievement across entire school systems.

Basic Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in MTSS/RTI leadership positions with demonstrable program coordination expertise
• Proven track record successfully implementing complete MTSS frameworks across multiple educational environments
• Mastery of intervention documentation systems, compliance requirements, and progress monitoring protocols
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively between general education, special education, and intervention teams
• Verifiable success training and coaching large educator groups (50+) on intervention frameworks and systems
• Exceptional project management skills with evidence of independently completing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
• U.S.-based with capacity to travel up to 30% for on-site implementation and training
• Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
