About The Role

The FTG Sales Manager cultivates and grows relationships with new and existing customers within an assigned geographic area. You'll represent SONIFI's full suite of FTG products and services, guiding customers through the sales process and ensuring their needs and expectations are met. This role involves strategic account management, revenue growth, and identifying expansion opportunities, all while prioritizing customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a product expert and conduct engaging web-based demonstrations.
  • Proactively assess customer needs and develop trusted advisor relationships.
  • Strategically analyze your territory, create and implement plans for current and prospective clients, and drive solution development in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of solutions, track account metrics, and identify growth opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing complex technical issues, managing account inquiries, and coordinating internal processes (e.g., site surveys, proposals, contracts).
  • Contribute to strategic planning, marketing communications, and foster collaboration with internal sales partners.
  • Attend industry events to generate new leads.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field and a minimum of three (3) years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience. We understand that relevant experience can be gained through a variety of paths.
  • Strong business acumen, communication proficiency, customer focus, and a drive to achieve results.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and stay motivated.
  • Experience working with customer contracts, interpreting contract language, understanding customer solutions, and demonstrating strong analytical skills (financial and statistical).
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to understand and articulate basic technical concepts, such as product specifications.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs and facilitating customer meetings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce for project management tasks.

Benefits

Generally starting at $60k – 80k annually. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, location, experience, education, specialty, and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage. This position is also eligible for PTO, holidays, health, dental, vision, retirement plans, pet insurance, on-demand pay, and a variety of other benefits.
