About The Role

Reprise Financial is seeking a passionate and highly motivated Compliance Reporting Analyst to join our Compliance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and communicating significant trends, anomalies, and risks to compliance leadership.

In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and communicate significant trends, anomalies, and risks to compliance leadership.
  • Monitor and conduct thorough reviews of transactional activity/ AML alerts to identify potential red flags and ensure compliance with BSA/ AML and OFAC regulations.
  • Conduct OFAC and 314(a) screening to identify and report any matches with individuals or entities on the OFAC or 314(a) list.
  • Conduct EDD on high-risk customers and transactions, including gathering additional information and documentation.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly reports on complaint trends to identify patterns and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and file Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) as required.
  • Generate and deliver ad-hoc reports as requested by management and other departments to support compliance initiatives.
  • Ability to conduct thorough investigations and data analysis to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports.
  • Work closely with compliance officers, risk management, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with bank partners to ensure seamless reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements. Maintain effective communication and strong relationships with banking partners.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of reporting processes and methodologies for future reference and audits.
  • Proactively suggest and implement improvements to reporting processes and tools.
  • Assist in other AML-related tasks and projects as needed.

Skills, Knowledge, And Expertise

  • 3+ years of experience in AML, compliance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a reporting or analyst role, preferably within the financial services industry. Experience working with bank partnerships/ Fintech is highly desirable.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting, and familiarity with LexisNexis Bridger for compliance and risk management.
  • Conduct thorough investigations to identify the underlying causes of AML compliance issues and develop actionable solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Location

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere that suits you best! While you’ll primarily work from home, you are always welcome to visit our office in Irving, TX, whenever you choose. We encourage our remote team members to stay connected through regular virtual meetings and team events. All team members must reside in one of our approved locations by their start date, ensuring you remain part of our collaborative community.

Compensation

For this role our salary range is $63,000 to $75,000 per year, depending on relevant experience. This role will also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on both company and individual performance.
